Emma has worked with children, youth, young adults and their families for the past ten years, who experience various challenges, including emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem and trauma.  As a mother, Emma understands how overwhelming parenting can be and is passionate about supporting families.  She specializes in children’s mental health and parenting challenges, working alongside families to meet the goals that are important to them. Emma believes each client and family is unique in their journey, and meeting her clients where they are is essential.  She feels that building a positive rapport with her clients and creating a safe environment is one of the most critical aspects of her work.Emma strives to create a sense of safety, trust and transparency in her sessions, providing a non-judgmental space where each person can be who they are and will be greeted with warmth and compassion.
