Jenna practices a person-centred and strength-based approach and has supported clients with workplace stress/burnout, anxiety, depression, settlement/relocation stress, and cultural adjustment.For more than ten years, she has worked in higher education and non-profit settings to support the well-being of individuals in various capacities. She recognizes the importance of intersectionality and works collaboratively with clients to set therapy goals reflecting their uniqueness.
