Sam has worked with children, individuals, families, and groups for the past ten years in various capacities. Her expertise is in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, stress management, and parenting challenges. She is also passionate about working alongside women and mothers, helping to support the transition into motherhood and beyond. As a mother herself, Samantha understands the twists and turns of motherhood. Also, she works with partners to help couples better understand and support one another through the shifts and changes that come when entering parenthood. Samantha works collaboratively with her clients as they journey towards discovering their inner potential. She believes her clients possess inner strength and resilience to help them overcome difficult life experiences and gain further insight into their challenges while learning new coping methods and promoting ongoing mental wellness.
