Tanya provides a calm, empathetic and judgement-free space for clients to explore their feelings and discover their unique needs and goals. She believes in working creatively and collaboratively in the therapeutic process, being mindful of the client’s pace. She practices from a trauma-informed lens and strongly emphasizes developing the therapeutic relationship by creating a respectful, compassionate and positive environment where people can openly share their feelings. She has worked with people with various mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. As well as those affected by life stressors and interpersonal issues such as transition, relationship and parenting challenges. Tanya works with her clients to help them develop coping skills to achieve peace and balance. She believes that by empowering clients, she can help guide them on their journeys of self-discovery, growth, healing and change.
