Hi, I’m Emma.

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve been carrying a lot. Maybe as a parent trying to support a child who’s struggling, a young person navigating overwhelming emotions, or an adult trying to make sense of patterns you’ve been stuck in for far too long.

For the past ten years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, youth, and families through some of their hardest moments and most meaningful breakthroughs. Whether it’s emotional dysregulation, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or the impact of trauma, I approach each client and family with the understanding that your story is uniquely yours and it deserves to be met with care, humility, and genuine curiosity.

As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how heavy parenting can feel. The worry, the guilt, the “am I doing enough?” loop that keeps you up at night. Supporting families isn’t just part of my work, it’s something I feel deeply connected to. I specialize in children’s mental health and parenting challenges because I’ve seen how transformative it is when families have a safe, non-judgmental space to breathe, reflect, and move forward together.

My approach blends, family systems, the biopsychosocial lens, and evidence-based practices like CBT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. But at the heart of everything I do is relationship. I believe therapy only works when you feel safe, seen, and supported. That means I meet you exactly where you are, no pressure, no expectations, just an authentic space to show up as yourself.

In our work together, you can expect warmth, openness, and collaboration. Whether we’re helping your child understand their big feelings, strengthening your family’s connection, or supporting you in your own healing, my goal is always the same: to create safety, trust, and a sense of possibility.

When you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you, at your pace, every step of the way.
