Hi Im Erin,
If you’re here, it probably means someone you love is struggling.
Maybe it’s your child who’s suddenly more anxious, withdrawn, or overwhelmed than they used to be. Maybe your teen seems angry all the time, shuts everyone out, or insists they’re “fine” when you know they’re not. Or maybe you’re a young adult trying to make sense of who you are while navigating all the pressure, uncertainty, and change that comes with this stage of life.
Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you found your way.
For over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, young adults, and caregivers through some of life’s most challenging moments. One thing I’ve learned is that behaviour always has a story. Big emotions, anxiety, meltdowns, withdrawal, anger, or acting out aren’t signs that someone is “bad” or “broken,” they’re often signs that they’re struggling and need support.
My role is to help make sense of those struggles together.
For parents, I know how hard it is to watch your child hurting while wondering if you’re saying the right thing or doing enough to help. Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed when the strategies that used to work no longer do.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
For children and teens, therapy is a place where they can feel safe to talk, play, explore, and learn new ways of understanding themselves without feeling judged or pressured. I believe every young person deserves a space where they feel accepted exactly as they are.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual and family. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” people, it’s about helping them better understand themselves, build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools they can carry with them long after therapy ends.
Whether we’re working through anxiety, emotional regulation, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, or simply helping your child feel more like themselves again, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
If you’re looking for someone to walk alongside your child and family through this season of life, I’d be honoured to be part of that journey.
I look forward to meeting you.
